Klangforum Wien is known for its understanding of the varying aesthetical facets of contemporary works. In their musical approach the ensemble puts a great effort in the co-operation between musicians, composers and conductor. In RadioKulturhaus Klangforum Wien will perform no less than 4 great pieces from the RE:NEW Music pool of repertoire.

Closely linked to this concert Klangforum Wien hold a conference talk on Friday 26th of February with musicians, composers and representatives of the national composers societies for the purpose of exchanging experiences about the alleged universality of music, the particularities of national founding systems and the possibilities of intercultural exchange.
